At New Life Animal Haven, we are dedicated to providing care and support for vulnerable, homeless, and injured animals. Our mission is to provide aid and care to animals who have no resources to help them.

Our Mission
If you go anywhere, and we mean anywhere, you might see an abundance of stray cats desperately needing help. From looking sickly to obvious injuries that need medical intervention — to nursing mother cats that can barely provide for their newborns.
Knox County and the surrounding areas also have this problem. Most resources are dedicated to those within city limits. Those outside are left to the will of good Samaritans willing to help them.
That's where we come in. NLAH's purpose is to provide aid to animals that don't have the resources to help them. Whether it be organized TNR sessions, care for sick or injured animals or adoption opportunities.
Our Story
New Life Animal Haven was founded by a group of volunteers and fosters from an animal shelter wanting to do more for the surrounding communities, after realizing the shelter could only do so much.
With a shared passion for animal welfare and a deep commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable creatures, New Life Animal Haven was born. Our journey began with a simple realization: while shelters play a vital role in caring for animals in need, there's always more that can be done to support both the animals and the communities they serve.
